BOOKING TERMS
- Upon making a provisional booking, a 50% deposit of the full stay is required within 7 days to secure the reservation. The balance is payable 24hrs before arrival.
- Children can be accommodated by arrangement at all our properties. Strict supervision is required as our pool is uncovered.
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.
CANCELLATIONS
- Due to the COVID 19 situation, all deposits are now refundable, however a R100 admin charge will be levied for cancelations.

OTHER INFORMATION
- Check in from 2pm onwards, unless by prior arrangement.
- Check out time 11am.
- Non-smoking. No smoking in any of the houses or rooms.
- Small to medium dogs generally welcome by prior arrangement at a supplement of R50 to R100 per dog, depending on size. (No dogs in Honeymoon & Executive Suites)
- Laundry service available on request. (R200 per load, washed and ironed)
