Allan Wyngaard2024-09-28We had a lovely loft room in a Cape Dutch style house, high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers. Friendly and helpful staff, Jayson and Charmaine were awesome, had a self-catering open plan room/kitchen available for us. We highly recommend it.Lynn Truter2024-09-17We had a fabulous weekend at the Cape Dutch Quarters. Our favourite time of the day spent was in the lounge at breakfast where Jaysson and Marcel shared their experiences, knowledge and stories about the furniture, history and general opinions which made our stay rather enjoyable. The room was clean, has a homely feel as well as maintaining the Victorian style atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, helpful and kind. Marcel even offered some "good coffee" from the kitchen in case we wanted something more than the sachets in the room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, peaceful, pleasant and friendly experience.Travis De Valence (Travis)2024-09-15Perfect spot for a quick getaway and amazing friendly service! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner, Jayson, who provided us with valuable insights into the town and its attractions. Our honeymoon suite was a delightful oasis, featuring beautiful antique wooden pieces and Persian rugs that created a romantic and luxurious ambiance. The attention to detail was impeccable. The following day, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the dining room, served on elegant blue and white china. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. Jayson's self-guided tour of Tulbagh's Church Street was informative and enjoyable. We appreciated the opportunity to explore the town's landmarks at our own pace. For a delicious meal, we highly recommend visiting Montpellier. Their pizzas are exceptional, and the atmosphere is charming. Don't forget to make friends with the adorable golden retriever! Our adventure to Oakhurst Olives farm was another highlight. The farm's stunning scenery and the olive tasting experience were unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape Dutch Quarters and would love to return in the future.Ganine Bezuidenhoudt2024-08-20What an absolutely lovely hotel.
